“…As
for the form of their faces, each had the face of a man; all four had the face
of a lion on the right and the face of a bull on the left, and all four had the
face of an eagle…” (Ezekiel 1:10 NASB).
1. There is no
trail so bad because He will send His eagles to minister to you and carry you
home in a fiery storm.
2. The glory of
the Lion is about the glory of the King.
3. The eagle
learned from the dove of God to be a blessing to God’s people by the command of
the Triune Creator and Redeemer of the universe that speaks things into being.
4. The eagles
bring wings of superlative peace of God.
5. The peace of
God comes through the imputation of peace.
6. The peace of
God comes by the Spirit of God in the Father’s design through the unified work of
the Son.
7. Some fallen
faces of fallen mankind do not have positional or practical peace but have a
deception of peace: namely, a peace that is not a peace.
8. Positional
peace is through the oath of God through His unified imputation of His eternal
Son alone.
9. There is a
peace that transcends all tribulation of pain because it is the simply
remembrance of laying your head at the Cross.
10.
If fallen man tries to take away the memories of the
Word, is there hope? What hope have they
given you? Do not fear! it is the Spirit
of God who comes with the gift of His Word to bring remembrance the face of
Jesus Christ.
11.
The Lion is the King of the universe and who is like
Him?
12.
Who is like the eternal Son who is the King of kings?
13.
Who is like the eagle among God’s creatures that
carries His angels on their back to pick up His elect children to safety?
14.
The Lord is fat with perfect transcendent eternal and
self-existent righteousness, holiness and the glory of glories in the glory of His
superlative light in the Incarnate Light of the World.
15.
The face of the Father is everywhere (omnipresent).
16.
The face of the Son is everywhere (omnipresent).
17.
The face of the Spirit is everywhere (omnipresent).
18.
There is a face of God where only glorified saints
approach but there are faces of God in where He condescends to us without
compromising His perfect and superlative holiness or masquerading as an angel
of light.
19.
There was once a time where Jesus was a baby lion but
even more profound as a conceived child He ruled the universe and held it
together in His embryonic Hand.
20.
Noah welcomed the animals in God’s Ark.
21.
The animals must have instinctively known danger
approaches by God’s gift of awareness of approaching calamity to bring the
animals to refuge, safety and a haven of rest in the wooden, historical and
real Ark that pictures the Incarnate Ark Jesus Christ that virtually every
ancient civilization mentions.
22.
The untamed animals became tame in Noah’s Ark.
23.
Some wild animals are tame but in some way remind us
of the peace of the togetherness of the Lion and the Lamb in biblical
revelation where God in human form as Jesus Christ has reconciled sinners to
Himself by the death of His propitiation and expiation as the Lamb-King.
24.
The wild dogs licked the wounds of the poor beggar Lazarus.
25.
The wild dogs ministered to him because often times
fallen rebels like the rich man will destroy those made in the image of God as
they themselves bear to continue in rebellion in cosmic treason.
26.
The poor man did not enter heaven by virtue of his physical
poverty but the imputed unified virtue of Jesus Christ in His sinless life and
sinless death that has made all things well.
27.
The King is the Suffering Servant who carries us on
eagle wings to bear our pain to enjoy the perfect joys of heavenly bliss.
28.
Practical peace varies in the Christian life because it
is aided by the Spirit of God and the Word of God.
29.
Those against the Lion spit in His awesome face of
glory because they hate a predestinarian God in human flesh as Jesus Christ.
30.
Elect sinners are just in a positional truth through
Jesus alone.
31.
Elect sinners are sinners in a practical truth by the
Spirit and Word because the Father’s design is about exalting the Son in past
and progressive sanctification by the Spirit in advancing the good of His Hand
in human responsibility by the Word.
32.
The perfected completion of how someone is right with
God is Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone.
33.
The Lion was shaved of His beard at His atoning death.
34.
If you remember in Old Testament History among the
friends of St. David they mocked them by shaving their beards.
35.
Christ endured mockery in the hands of injustice where
they shaved his beard to impute unified righteousness of the Son alone to
declare elect sinners just.
36.
The fallen faces of fallen humanity are about the
total depravity of the fall of Adam and Eve.
37.
The fallen faces of fallen mankind are about radical
corruption of original sin by our first parents Adam and Eve.
38.
The fallen faces of fallen humankind are about
original sin.
39.
Original sin the consequences of the actions of Adam.
40.
A holy Triune God was displeased with the fall of Adam.
41.
God chose to foredetermine it for the honor of Jesus
unto mercy for His chosen unto imputed merit.
42.
God chose to foredetermine the honor of Jesus unto
justice for His chosen unto the flames of outer darkness.
43.
The King Who is Lion is always on the right side
because He always does whatsoever is right because that is all of what His
glory is about and His glory is never about the honor of sin.
44.
The Son’s death became accursed because He hanged on a
tree but I suppose it was so beyond the people of that day that God Incarnate
would endure the left of murders and evildoers who would nail the innocent Lamb
of God to the slaughter of the death of the Cross where we know it happened
because Jesus Christ rose from the dead and conquered death in cosmic victory.
45.
God the Son took upon himself human flesh because He
is the now glorified, resurrected and ascended God-man, the Incarnate Second
Person of the Holy Trinity.
46.
The Lion represents the Lion of Judah as the
eternal King.
47.
The seven bulls of Joseph’s dream is the perfection of
the unified work of Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior because the number
seven represents presentation but what else is the essence of perfection than
Jesus and His unified work.
48.
The eagle is God who carries us and lifts us up on
eagle’s wings.
49.
The Father is the Eternal King as the First Person of
the Trinity.
50.
The Son is the Eternal King as the Second Person of
the Trinity.
51.
The Spirit is the Eternal King as the Third Person of
the Trinity.
52.
Again the Father did not become Man.
53.
God the Father remains the only Holy Father as pure
Spirit.
54.
The Father is without the nature of humanity but a
spiritual yet divine personality as an eternal self-existent Spirit.
55.
Again the Spirit of God did not became Man.
56.
The Holy Ghost remains the Spirit of God as pure
Spirit where He has the divine personality without being human.
57.
The Spirit of God is symbolized by a white dove.
58.
The eternal Son of God has a human face with a human
nature.
59.
The Father’s face is spiritual yet without a human
nature.
60.
The Spirit’s face is purely spiritual without a human
nature.
61.
The Lion is the Lamb but the Lamb is also the Lion:
namely, it is Jesus Christ in a great emphasis of the Father’s design by the
Spirit’s work in whom He enables to see.
62.
The beatific vision is the ultimate face of God.
63.
It is in a glorified state unto the perfected
sinlessness through the Son in a sinner that is all about the unified work of
Jesus Christ.
64.
The unified work of the eternal Son that is wholly in
predominance with proliferation applied by the Spirit of God.
65.
The glorified sinner through sola Christus is to exalt the Father’s design to honor His only
beloved Son through His elect human creatures.
66.
The glorified sinner through the Incarnate Prince of
Peace is to bring glory of the Father’s design through the glory of the unified
work of the Son by the glory of the applying work of the Holy Spirit in a
helpless sinner to honor the Son in venerating glory.
67.
A face can be angry but how much more of the Father
upon the wicked everyday who lives in rebellion to His holy innocence?
68.
The face of the Father is pleased with those of
imputed unified merit of the eternal Son.
69.
The Father is pleased because He recognizes the
applicational work of the Spirit of God upon elect humans about His Son.
70.
The face of the Father is not pleased if it is not
work of the Son.
71.
If the Father sees someone exalted in the place of the
Son He sees it as something He abhors in disqualification of His standards.
72.
If the Spirit of God does not apply the unified work
of the Son by the design of the Father it is a through a system of works of satisfaction
that honors the sinner’s righteousness that is not righteousness but filthy
rages that could never qualify for the real, transcendent and divine
righteousness of Christ alone.
73.
Anything less than the imputation of the unified
merits of the eternal Son is forbidden by the Father.
74.
There is nothing to add to the God-man’s unified work
of perfection in behalf of totally depraved sinners who totally lack the right
unified merit of the Father’s design.
75.
The face of the Son is filled with joy over the
obedient people of God because they have used the New Testament commandments to
honor the Father.
76.
The face of the Father is filled with joy of those who
possess the imputation of the unified merits of Jesus Christ by the application
of the Spirit of God in spiritual awakening in rebirth.
77.
The face of the Spirit is all about reflecting
positional truth in sanctifying grace in practical and experiential truth of
dying to sin and living to our Incarnate Majesty Jesus Christ.
78.
The Father is perfectly pleased through His Son alone.
79.
The Son is perfectly pleased by the Father’s design.
80.
The Spirit is perfectly pleased with the Son’s unified
work in the Father’s design according to His forewritten written Scriptures!
81.
The Son beholds the Father and Spirit in full
superlative glory!
82.
The Father beholds the Son and Spirit in splendorous
glory!
83.
One day the lion will love the bull and they will love
the eagle.
84.
There are those who watch with an Eye of
Righteousness.
85.
One never knows who is watching besides the Triune
King and His numberless elect angels.
86.
Watch out! the Lion of Judah slaughters
His enemies!
87.
The peace of the Lion and Lamb are led by a child of
peace but every child should seek to be good as Jesus Christ.
88.
The eagle in our country represents the liberty of our
land.
89.
The lion hunts his prey but he is respected as the
awesome King.
90.
The glory of the Triune Majesty is beyond
comprehension.
91.
Some fallen sinners have been slaughtered like cattle
but God is working out His ultimate purpose.
92.
This vision of Ezekiel is about the glory of King
Jesus.
93.
The Father’s design of this vision is about the Son.
94.
The Son is the only Way, Truth and Life.
95.
The Spirit comes to awaken sinners of His written
Word.
